We want you to love your Hooked & Styled gear. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.

• Returns: You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

• Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and process your refund to your original payment method.

Please note: custom or personalised items can’t be returned unless faulty.
